    For couples who’ve planned their wedding and want a calm, detail-focused professional to bring everything together seamlessly.

    Includes:

    • One 60-minute planning consultation (4–6 weeks prior)
    • Custom wedding-day timeline
    • Final vendor confirmations
    • Rehearsal coordination (up to 1 hour, day prior)
    • Light décor setup (placing personal items, signage, favors, table numbers, escort cards, welcome table details)
    • 8 hours of on-site coordination (coordination across up to two locations (ceremony and reception venues within the same local area))

    $1,500 USD
    Valid for U.S.-based weddings. Travel outside Arizona may incur an additional fee.

  • Travel fees are custom-quoted and kept as minimal as possible. Most couples cover:
    • Round-trip flight: Typically $300–$800 (depending on destination)
    • Rental car (2–3 days): Typically $150–$350
    • Accommodations (1–2 nights): Often hosted by the couple, or $150–$400 total if booked separately
    • Meals on the wedding day: Usually provided or reimbursed

    Average total travel cost: $500–$1,000

  • Yes! Your peace of mind matters. I carry general liability insurance to ensure your wedding day is as seamless and stress-free as possible.

  • No one can control the weather, but we can prepare for it! I’ll work with you to create a seamless rain backup plan, ensuring we have beautiful sheltered options for your ceremony or reception.

    Rain on your wedding day can add a magical touch to your photos, and a post-wedding photo session is a great opportunity to capture even more stunning moments. With a solid backup plan, you can relax and focus on celebrating your love—rain or shine!

  • The number of meetings depends on the wedding package you choose and the complexity of your event.

    For every package, we’ll meet to discuss your vision, finalize vendors, build your timeline, and address logistics. I’m also available to answer questions and provide support throughout the planning process. Together, we’ll tailor your wedding to perfection!
